Motion to authorize the OHA CeO to cease ongoing negotiations on a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell Kaka’ako Makai Lot i, tMK (1) 2-1-015:061, to the City & County of Honolulu due to disagreements over unresolved business points of a potential sale, and to take all the other reasonable and appropriate actions to implement the foregoing.
