Hawaiian History Month – September is celebrated as Hawaiian History Month in honor of the Queen Lili‘uokalani’s birthday on Sept. 2nd. Look for events by the Pono‘ī Coalition on the back cover of this issue of Ka Wai Ola and at www.hawaiianhistorymonth.org.
