Elena Farden
Elena Farden serves as OHA’s senior director of Strategy & Implementation where she supports a resolute team to advance OHA’s Mana i Mauli Ola Strategic Plan. She is a certified facilitator, co-founder of the ʻŌiwi Leadership Accelerator program, and navigates her personal and professional work through community advocacy and policy development. She holds an MBA and is pursuing her EdD in Indigenous Leadership at Chaminade University.
